About This Site

Two reasons why I started this site:

  1. For my own professional development
    It's a great way to keep track of all the sites I use and visit and it encourages me to search for more sites. I joined Twitter in April 2009 and discovered hundreds of amazing sites that I wanted to keep track of so a month later I bought the Free ESL Materials.com URL. Del-icio.us helps me organize my bookmarks but I felt making this site would keep me on my toes more.
     
  2. To create and share a useful resource
    There are lots of great sites out there listing links and resources, but none (as far as I'm aware) focusing on free materials for ESL teachers and students. So here it is.

 

Help me make this site grow into a really useful resource for English teachers and students. It will become pretty good with your support.
